Securities Fraud: Accountants and Ethics with Reed Kathrein

Mr. Kathrein is a partner at the firm of Milberg, Weiss, Bershad, Hynes & Lerach, where for the past 15 years, he has focused his practice on securities and consumer fraud. Most recently, he worked behind the scenes to shape the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 on corporate responsibility and accountability.

We are very fortunate to have this opportunity to learn from Mr. Kathrein. He will focus this topic on US, as we look forward at careers in the field of accounting. Mr. Kathrein will deliver insights into the changing role of accountants and the impact of Sarbanes-Oxley on our futures.
